Ms. Alana North
General Psychologist
Alana is a Registered Psychologist who completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at Western Sydney University. She has focused her career on providing care for a range of clients, however, specialises in being LGBTQIA+ friendly and neurodivergent-affirming. Alana is committed to providing evidence-based treatment utilising psychological frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Solution-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness. Alana's treatment approach is tailored to suit individual client needs in their recovery.
Alana welcomes clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, adjustment, self-esteem, bullying and goal setting. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching movies and playing with her dogs.
Alana is an approved Medicare provider (6264151J). Alana is an AHPRA Board-Approved Supervisor.
Alana is a member of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPI).
Mr Colin Aston
- General Psychologist
Colin is a Registered Psychologist who completed his Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology at the University of New England. He is experienced providing support to adolescent and adult clients with a variety of backgrounds and challenges. Colin's therapeutic approach is warm and collaborative, with a focus on each client’s unique values to support personal growth and change. Colin utilises evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Colin is dedicated to working with clients living with Autism, ADHD, depression, anxiety and panic disorders, life transitions, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, bullying and burnout. Outside of work, he enjoys photography, going to sporting events and concerts, and taking his dog for walks.
Colin is a member of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPI).
